My name is Cristina Madine, and I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN.  I help unbreakable women ditch the anxiety, depression, low energy, painful periods, and low self-esteem to love their bodies, periods, and life with my 3R Method. I created this program because I, too suffered from hormone imbalance and doctors ignored me. My tests were in the normal range and over time I began to ignore myself. The doctors weren't concerned, all tests were ok. So I began to tell myself it must be me. I rationalized every symptom. I pushed through the fatigue (told myself I was being lazy). The weight was piling on, I'm not working out enough and eating too much. My sleepless nights and anxiety are just a part of aging. As for my absent periods, well doctors said not to worry just go on the pill. And when they did come, oh the pain. But hey, I was told that is normal too.  Until one day I said enough. I wanted my life back, actually, I wanted a life. I was not living. I was surviving, not thriving.
