Founder of The Balanced Bella™

 

Balance begins when the heart feels safe and the mind is clear.

That isn't just a phrase.

It's the belief that changed my life.

For years, I thought balance was something I had to earn. If I worked harder, cared for everyone else, achieved more, or held everything together just a little longer, eventually life would feel peaceful.

It never did.

Instead, I discovered what so many women quietly experience: you can build a beautiful life on the outside while feeling completely disconnected from yourself on the inside.

I know what it feels like to lose your voice while trying to keep the peace.

To mistake survival for strength.

To believe that being needed is the same as being loved.

To wake up one day and wonder where you went.

My own journey through burnout, chronic stress, hormonal challenges, grief, heartbreak, and rebuilding didn't simply change my circumstances—it transformed the way I understand healing.

I stopped asking, "How do I become a better version of myself?"

And started asking,

"How do I come home to the woman I've always been?"

That question became the foundation of The Balanced Bella™.

Why I Created The Balanced Bella™

The Balanced Bella was born from a simple realization:

Women don't need more pressure.

They don't need another diet, another productivity hack, or another message telling them they aren't doing enough.

They need permission to slow down.

To reconnect.

To heal.

To trust themselves again.

I created this space for women navigating life's biggest transitions—whether that's divorce, burnout, changing hormones, career shifts, caregiving, empty nesting, grief, or simply realizing the life they've built no longer reflects who they are becoming.

Because reinvention isn't about starting over.

It's about returning to yourself with greater wisdom, deeper self-trust, and the courage to live differently.

My Philosophy

I believe that wellness is far more than nutrition or exercise.

It's how safe you feel in your own body.

It's the relationship you have with your thoughts.

It's your ability to rest without guilt.

To create boundaries without shame.

To nourish instead of punish.

To move because your body deserves care—not because it needs fixing.

To make decisions from alignment instead of fear.

Real healing happens when every part of you is invited to the table.

Your mind.

Your emotions.

Your relationships.

Your spirit.

That whole-person approach is the heart of everything I teach.

A Little More About Me

 

I'm a proud first-generation Italian woman who believes food is one of the world's greatest love languages.

I love slow mornings with coffee, Mediterranean vibesad, beautiful gardens, fresh herbs, meaningful conversations, and creating spaces where people immediately feel at ease.

You'll often find my Australian Cattle Dogs, Pirie and Cashel, close by. They remind me daily that healing doesn't always happen through doing.

Sometimes it happens through presence, curiosity, play, and unconditional love.

My faith is an anchor in my life. It reminds me that peace is cultivated, grace is transformative, and there is beauty even in seasons that don't yet make sense.

I believe some of life's deepest healing happens around a dinner table, during a walk outside, in prayer, in laughter, or in a quiet moment when you finally realize you don't have to carry everything alone.
